There is a lot of information in books and on the internet about training with Kettlebells. However, we believe that our program will properly introduce those new to Kettlebells with a foundation that will reduce the risk of injury. Our Beginner program, which we use with all of our new clients, develops the platform necessary to advance to more difficult routines. We have specifically chosen ten exercises, which we feel, build the foundation for Kettlebell training. All of our programs are designed around being short and intense, hence naming the program Blitz. Our Beginner program is twenty-five minutes (including the rest periods) and we guarantee that it will be one of the toughest workouts you have ever done.
