In addition, Non- Scanned Confocal Laser Microscope is proved to be equivalent to the Confocal Scanning Laser Microscope (CSLM) as explained in a complete chapter. Secondly, Segmentation and improvement of reconstructed images from Fourier holograms is obtained using the mammographic images. Finally, Holographic imaging using Scanning Fresnel holograms provided with modulated linear and quadratic apertures is discussed giving better reconstructed images compared with uniform circular aperture manipulation.
