INTRODUCTION I was on the fence about doing an introduction page because I would like everyone to get to know me through my poetry. I titled this book B.R.E.A.T.H.E because poetry became my air, my strength, my way of life, and a way to express myself. I don't believe I was given this gift just for me, but to help other people as well. I know all too well how it feels to go through things and because you're not sure how to express it you hold it inside; so, I chose different subjects that life presents us with and hopefully it can help you.
