Grace had heard about heaven but she didn't give it much thought. She was young and her life was just beginning. But when a close call of life and death stared her in the face, she was forced to have the conversation. Who knew that her ticket to heaven could be secured in such strange places? Perhaps heaven is more than a place to talk about when we near the end of our lives. Grace now has her ticket to heaven. She was desperate when she received it. She must come to terms with whether someone needs it more than she does. Her decision to give up her ticket means more than she could have ever imagined.
God’s preordained plan and design for His Church is that she would be a reflection of His glory. And she should seek to move from one level of glory to another. Ironically, many Churches are operating contrary to His design. Careful and frequent introspection is a vital necessity if we are about kingdom mission. The spirit of “Ichabod” has no place where the glory of God is being manifested and vise versa. This book addresses issues which often go unsaid and unaddressed. Churches which are on the path of embracing the spirit of “Ichabod” are on a destructive path. How will they be able to reach a lost and dying world, a world that is heading speedily on a moral downward spiral? I believe every pastor and Church leader should read this book. About the author: Rev Sandra J Williams is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God. The headquarters of the Church of God is located in Cleveland, TN. She has also authored the book, “God, was He there?”
