Each governments has revenue receipts and expenditure. Every government try to increase the receipts through tax and non tax revenues and control the its expenditure. The capital receipts are received as grants and aid from central government. The capital expenditure is managed through various infrastructure projects and assets creation. There is always a gap in receipts and payments in budgets. The revenue and fiscal deficits are increasing over the period of time. There are various reasons for increasing the different deficits in budget. In every state and corporation, the reasons of increasing revenue deficit and fiscal deficits are different. But the increasing in public private partnership in infrastructure projects and issue of bonds will boosts the revenue and capital receipts. The world class infrastructure and services to people must be priority of the state governments and corporations.

Malnutrition is a major public health problem in all developing countries. Malnutrition among children starts at womb. Low birth weight is an immediate concern of malnutrition problem. Undernourishment at early age impairs immune system, poor cognitive development, lower productivity as adults and greater susceptibility to diet related chronic diseases. Children are the most important segment for a nation. The children¿s physical, mental and emotional development is important of its future worthy citizens. A nation¿s health depends upon healthy citizens. But in developing countries children are suffering from micro-nutrients deficiency. All adolescent must enjoy good health and well being. Adolescent girls are the vital bridge between the present and future generation. Malnutrition among male and female leads to lower productivity, illness.Malnutrition among young women leads to low birth weight babies, lower breastfeeding capacity,death due to postpartum hemorrhage and illness for her and baby. In this book we have studied the malnutrition problem across the life cycle stages.

Sewage treatment is an important aspect in economic development of any country. But all developing countries are going under the economic transition. People are migrating from the rural to urban area. New societies, colonies are getting developed. The population is increasing in any urban center based on availability of land and connectivity to transport. The poor people have low cost of living. In such process, the urbanization gets increased. But government does not provide basic facilities at the initial stage. People arrange number of things on their own. Water supply is provided but sewage is not collected. The sewage treatment capacity does not get developed. The sewage is left to open drains and rivers. It creates the pollution of environment. Due to untreated sewage, many children adults fall sick. But such activities are neglected in short period. Municipal corporations and councils do not have economic capabilities to invest more in the sewage network and treatment technology. Central and State government should give grants for sewage treatment in Municipal Corporations and Councils. Public awareness , behavioral change and value of water will reduce sewage generation.

Organic agriculture is most important for sustainable food production, soil fertility and health of animals, birds and people. It is locally and naturally adopted special production technique for agricultural production and productivity of crops. Organic agriculture promotes biodiversity and maintains the integrity of the ecosystem. For increasing production and productivity of crops, farmers have started different techniques in agriculture. Farmers are using excessive chemical fertilizers and pesticides on all crops. The chemicals and pesticides have contaminated almost every part of an environment. Pesticide contamination poses significant risks to the environment and non-target organisms ranging from beneficial soil microorganisms to insects, plants, fishes, and birds. The pregnant women, children, and old people are victims of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Health effects of pesticides range from mild allergies, rashes, breathing difficulties and reproductive abnormalities to deadly chronic diseases like cancer. Now it is an urgent need to look for organic agriculture. It is the only way for sustainable agriculture.
