Five year old Casey DeVargas is in trouble once again. While he's serving his timeout, he begins to think about the plastic treasure chest filled with toys that his teacher, Mrs. Volger, keeps to reward the good children. Casey decides that during lunch, he will sneak into the classroom with his friends and steal the hat he so desires from the treasure chest.
