Could it be that the religious institutions got it wrong? Could it be that the answers are written in the Bible yet have been overlooked or dismissed for various reasons? What did Jesus mean when he said, "It is finished"? Why did Jesus come in the first century, and what did he actually accomplish? Paul said in Colossians 1:26 that the mystery had been hidden for ages but now has been revealed. What is that mystery that was revealed in the first century? Could it be that Paul was explaining the universal reconciliation of all mankind, or is that just too unbelievable? Paul said just six verses earlier in Colossians 1:20 that God (through Jesus) reconciled all things in heaven and earth to himself by making peace at the cross. In this book, you will read a detailed explanation of God's plan of reconciliation from the full preterist perspective as described in the Bible. This is a good news message that will take you on an emotional roller coaster, but will leave you in a place of great comfort and peace, as you realize God's love is more powerful than any mistake you ever made. Get ready to discover the love of God and his plan of redemption like you have never heard before while also learning to
This book is about the journey of a man--from meager beginnings, being abused and misunderstood by schoolmates and cousins, starting an adventure with very little, surviving on the kindness of others, and refusing to accept something without paying for it in some way. They expected a long-haired bearded boy in an army jacket to be a bum, but he would be a surprise to them by his work ethic.Knowing very little about horses or the mountains, he purchased a horse, which began a journey through desolate lands, such as hot deserts and cold, freezing mountains. He knew little about mountain horse packing. Many close calls on his journey transformed this inexperienced boy into a man. Mentored by many people along his journey, he discovered that being a man isn't all about being tough, braving the unknown, crossing rivers, and climbing rugged mountains. He discovered it was about gentleness, kindness, and understanding--most of all, faith and love. The combination of all the mentoring would help him become successful in completing his journey to find himself and faith.
A dark forest is no place for a young girl. Fate disposed her there with no memories, and it's the kind hands of an elderly couple that bring her out. Though she doesn't know who she is, Lithiana is content to live her life in the impoverished city of Guvoin, considering herself fortunate that she didn't perish in those woods. She labors relentlessly every day to provide a better life, until her life is suddenly thrust into someone else's hands; a strange man that claims to have known her. Stolen from the village she considers home and tossed into an outlandish world where time waits for no one, Lithiana is forced to acknowledge the dark shadows that greet her tainted mind; learning she is more than what she seems. Paranoia rises as danger lurks behind every corner. Creatures commit vile deeds, realms rage on the brink of war and sinister intentions hide beneath the pure rays of sunlight. Every word spoken could be another lie told, and any smile could be the one hiding the dagger poised at her heart.

Fall In has multiple meanings. In the military, it means to assemble in formation or muster to be accounted for. In this case, it also meant falling into the grips of gambling addiction. This title symbolizes the devastation this addiction can cause but also the return to living recovery can bring. Fall In is also the title for the podcast, Fall In: The Problem Gambling Podcast for Military Service Members and Veterans."Dave bravely shares his story to help others recognize the causes and consequences of his gambling addiction. He honestly talks about the tough steps of his journey to recovery. He is a proud veteran, passionate advocate, hard worker, great colleague and a friend. Over many years Suzanne journaled notes of her memories. A few years ago, she found three different journals with similar stories. Last year Suzanne was encouraged by Karen Harper to write a book. While writing about her life on the farm, she recalled many other family stories, told to her by her dad and other family members. Suzanne's goal was to write down family information and pass it on to her immediate family; second cousins and nieces and nephews. Her book begins with her family life on the farm and continues to include her great grandfather's journey to America during the Blizzard of 1888.Suzanne Gaub

Just six-year-old Lucy was aware already that she lived in two different worlds. One world was her home, village, and the people where old traditions and customs prevailed. Another world was where the soviet ruling claimed its dominance over every aspect of their daily life.Lucy faced the first challenges of the new ruling at the elementary school, and in no time, she learned to cover up her true belief for her country and its people. She became silent but conscious worrier for her national identity and freedom of her country. She knew what it meant to be deprived of freedom as nation and as a Lithuanian. She graduated from the university as a non-party member; and it seemed, at least at that moment, that she had sealed her convictions and national identity for good. When she got a job as a translator, there was a hope, although short lived, that she might be able to create a comfortable life even in the Soviet paradise. However, when she began to climb her career ladder, the inevitable happened. During the interview with the chief of the KGB, Lucy rejected the proposal to become a party member and join the ranks of the Soviet spies abroad. Instead, she quit her favorite job. It did not take long for her to realize that she was jobless in the country where unemployment was equal to crime, meaning that she could be persecuted as a criminal. So now she would have to choose one out of two: either to be persecuted as a political criminal or leave her beloved Lithuania for good. And she chose the latter.
The story of Superman has always been my childhood favorite. The creators of Superman were Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. They were classmates at Cleveland Glenville High School. They signed their DC Comics contract and received their first royalty check for Superman's creation on March 1, 1938. I was born on March 1, 1949, in Glenville Hospital, only the length of a football field from the house where Siegel and Shuster created Superman. Drawn to the gravitational pull of Superman, I dreamed of young kids having superpowers that are used only for the common good of mankind. I knew a girl named Ginny who wore polka dot dresses. I asked her what she would do if her polka dots possessed magic only for her. I never forgot that idea of "Little Ginny Polkadot" who, as Virginia Rose Stewart, was a seventh grader in Manhattan when her mother, Mandy, suddenly was killed in an "accident." Ginny never knew her father, Ramone, who had mysteriously disappeared before Ginny's birth. Ramone left Mandy a gift for their unborn child, a crystal lattice which, if used in the right way, gave Ginny unexplained superpowers. The world's evil nuclear powers China, Russia, and North Korea race each other to discover Ginny's true identity, kidnap her, in their schemes to control those superpowers for their own purposes. Little Ginny wants to understand her father and her own mission in life. This is the first of a series of twelve books about the challenges and adventures of the superpower of "Little Ginny Polkadot."

Discovering the secret, they soon find a surprising fact: in the old Colia, there is an advanced civilization that disappeared at least five hundred years before during a tragic space disaster. Jensen and their partners discover and use the skill that they find from Layin Island to rescue Scott and his sister, who are associated with that catastrophe five hundred years ago. Catching the opportunity, Jensen and his group start to struggle with the second harmful rays disaster. Finally, with the help from a super civilization, they eventually start to rebuild their new home planet, Colia. The whole story is amazing and attractive, especially Jensen and his partner's romantic and passionate stories leading to an unexpected, brilliant result.

Being an American citizen born outside the United States in the forties and fifties was pretty commonplace. World War II had taken its toll and influenced many people's lives; the war is over but not forgotten. Many servicemen encountered loneliness, displacement, and depression in their military leaves away from their country, families, and friends and found solace in the arms of beautiful, passionate, loving women in different countries all over the world. They started new lives, new families, and encountered numerous business opportunities in countries that suffered from the devastation of war. My father was one of the men who saw the needs of a country and the potential for development of natural resources with unlimited manpower. He saw the desire of an impoverished nation to improve the lives and existence of its countrymen. This is how my father ended up in the Philippines, met my mother and married her, and started a new family that included myself. My father's foresight into the potential of the Filipino people to be hardworking, industrious people--and the realization that this country could be industrialized and produce its own viable commodities that would enable the populations to have jobs and feed their families and become independent of the countries that had monopolized, manipulated, and created dependencies for years--was real. My father proved that this Filipino nation, when given an opportunity, could become an extremely productive nation that would become self-sufficient and be able to walk with pride. He taught a nation of people about self-worth and the rewards of hard work. His true plight did not occur until he had accomplished wealth, power, and recognition for being successful in industrializing the Philippines and creating jobs for millions of people. His insight into the needs of a country wallowing in poverty and the devastating effects and aftermath of war and his desire, foresight, intelligence, and energy to create employment for people who were eager to reconstruct and improve their lives was endless and rewarding for all. Having been born in the beginning phase of his business endeavors, I watched and rode the wave of his ascent to financial success with him and enjoyed, marveled, and was proud of who my father was and all of his accomplishments. I still am and will forever be proud of who my father was.

There are many issues that affect the African American community that are not being addressed adequately. For a long time now, many African American people have been under the impression or made to feel that they are helpless and need to depend on someone on the outside to help them rebuild their communities. Of course, this is not true. No one from the outside is coming to help rebuild a community in which they do not live. It is time for us as Black people or African Americans in this country to take responsibility for our own neighborhoods and our own schools and our own economics and our own future. For us to thrive as a community and prosper, we must figure out the answers to these questions and understand why we do not force ourselves to live up to our full potential. It is up to us and only us to better our situations and rebuild our communities.
