My Ántonia is a 1918 novel by American writer Willa Cather. The last book of her ¿Great Plains¿ trilogy, it is considered to be among her best works and proceeds ¿O Pioneers!¿ and ¿The Song of the Lark¿. The novel continues the tale of the two children brought to the pioneers in Nebraska towards the end of the 19th century: Jim Burden, an orphan from Virginia, and Ántonia Shimerda.
