I love this book!!!!, Jake, John, and Branden have done an excellent job in explaining a very complex concept into manageable well explained steps. It is an excellent book in helping you to identify the right challenge to solve, engage actively with the users of the product, it also helps you to exceed your users' expectations without the scrap of overprocessing. It is loaded with insights, I would highly recommend it both for newcomers to change leadership but also old guards in the trade who need a fresh perspective on problem-solving!!!
