Together in Heaven

Kathy and Dixie were the perfect companions. They loved riding in the car, going to the beach, listening to music, snuggling on the sofa, sharing treats and playing outdoors. Sadly, their perfect life ended when Kathy died. Dixie's human sisters told her that Kathy was now an angel in Heaven. Dixie had many questions: What are angels? Where is Heaven? Could she visit her Mother in Heaven? Where would she live now? And, most importantly, would she ever see Kathy again?

About the Author: An award-winning writer, Karen Petit lives in South Carolina and is the happy companion of Lady, a Standard Poodle, and Louie, a Bichon Frise. For four years, Karen was Dixie's adopted mother, a role that remains the most cherished of her life. The author's love for animals is celebrated through her books.
About the Illustrator: Abby Mehan is an award-winning online illustrator who has several years' background in the illustrative arts and a bachelor's degree in business. Her artwork is often inspired by her three Poodles.
