Bag om Two Ways of Living in This World
Arthur has complied a group of prose and poetry for the purpose of reminding his readers about the value of friendship and the benefits of being a good neighbor. We breathe the same air, are subject to the same bounty, and we shall, each lie down upon the bosom of our common mother. It is not becoming, then, that brother should hate brother; it is not proper that friend should deceive friend; it is not right that neighbour should deceive neighbour. We pity that man who can harbour enmity against his fellow; he loses half the enjoyment of life; he embitters his own existence. A work that greatly engrosses the reader in its theme. Arthur advocates that in this short life, a man must spread love and kindness to all. Two ways to live in this life, should emanate sincerity for each other. The argument is presented in a logical and touching manner.
