Together they have five children, Tasha (Jason) Giles, Josh (Kacy) Warren, Patrick (Elaine) Mimbs, Nikki (Brian) Anderson, and Mikayla Sumner; and seven grandchildren, Atison, Jay, Alex, Austin, Jordyn, Lexi, and McKinzlee Grace. She has two brothers, Jay and Jordyn. She is the firstborn grandchild of Daryl and Penny Sumner. She is currently a senior at East Laurens High School in Dublin, Georgia.
