A Russian ballet company comes to town with a production of COPPELIA and Louisa just has to see it. But with a little help from her guardian-angel neighbour, Mrs Posnansky, Weezer finds herself not only at the ballet, but in the wings as well and of course, in heaven too!
LOUISA'S SECRETWhen Louisa's ballet class have to choose partners, her new neighbour Tony is the perfect choice. LOUISA IN THE WINGSA Russian ballet company comes to town and Louisa is desperate to see them. A RIVAL FOR LOUISAAt first, Louisa doesn't like Phoebe, the new girl in her ballet class.
Louisa and her sister are off to Florida to enjoy some fun in the sun with their dad. But for Louisa that means missing her school's end-of-year display and the thought of Phoebe dancing the lead role instead of her is just unbearable. Until, that is, she is given the chance to appear in a TV commercial.
Louisa (known as Weezer) is determined to become a ballet dancer. She starts lessons locally and with her typical self-assuredness, soon sees herself in the role of class-star. So when it comes to putting on a performance, Weezer knows there's only one place for her prima ballerina or bust!
New boy, Tony moves into the neighbourhood and he Weezer become instant friends. Somehow Weezer manages to persuade him to at least help her practice at home and Tony soon finds out that, not only is he quite good at this dancing lark but, he actually rather enjoys it too!
Phoebe's new to the ballet class and Louisa (aka Weezer) takes an instant dislike to her - she's pretty, posh and worst of all, a good dancer too! When they're both picked to play in THE NUTCRACKER, Weezer is super smug - she's got a big part and Phoebe's just a measly mouse.
