شكلت شخصية الخليفة العباسي هارون الرشيد، شخصية إشكالية على المستوى التاريخي، وذلك نتيجة لما عاش من أحداث سياسية واجتماعية، أثّرت تأثيراً بالغاً في حياته، وارتبط تحديد ملامح هذه الشخصية من خلال ما نقلته المصادر التاريخية عنها، سواء كانت تلك المصادر متعاطفة معها أم بالضد منها، غير أنها حاولت ان تكون موضوعية، أو ادعت ذلك، من خلال ربط الأحداث بمسبباتها.

في الأوقات الصعبة، حين يضيق العالم، وتتعقَّد سبل العيش، وتكبر التحديات، وتتعاظم المخاوف، ويتفاقم اليأس، وينسدُّ الأفق؛ أيكون المسرح ذا جدوى إن لم يحيي الأمل، ويحفز إرادة الحياة، ويعطي قيمةً للعمل من أجل غدٍ أفضل؟هل يزيِّف المسرح الحقيقة، أو يقفز على الواقع؛ حين يساعد الناس على الإيمان بأنفسهم، ويشجعهم على تخطي الأزمات،

المكان أشبه بغرفة معتمة والقليل من الضوء ينحدر من الأعلى، وشخصان يجلسان في وسط الغرفة، أحدهما تجاوز الثلاثين، يرتدي ملابس داكنة والآخر يقاربه في السن ويرتدي ملابس مشابهة، وأكثر سواداًحول المكان سور لم يكتملأصوات جنادب الليل تنبعث من جنبات المسرحيدخل الحاجب، ينفض الغبار عن يديه، ويلقي بطريقة عشوائية بـ(أدوات البناء) جانباً.

تهدف هذه المحاولة، التي نقدمها تحت تصرف الأساتذة حديثي العهد بالمهنة أو الأساتذة المتدربين بسلك التعليم الإبتدائي، إلى إلقاء الضوء على السبل التي يمكن أن تحسن من ممارساتهم المهنية، وتحقيق تكامل فعّال بين المفاهيم النظرية والتطبيق العملي، وفي هذا السياق نؤكد أن تركيزنا في هذه المحاولة قد تأسس على التجديد التربوي، حيث يتوقف تطويره على تحسين ممارسات التدريس والالتزام بالمبادئ والمراجع النظرية والعملية.تُعتبر مادة الاجتماعيات ذات أهمية بالغة ضمن البنية التعليمية، وخاصةً في السلك الابتدائي، حيث تُعدّ محملة بقيم ومعارف ومهارات تمكن المتعلمين من التصدي للتحديات والتعامل بفعالية مع مختلف السياقات. لذا، تصبح الحاجة إلى دليل مدرس مخصص لكل مستوى تعليمي في مادة الاجتماعيات ضرورية، نظرًا لأهمية هذه المادة في تنمية الوعي الاجتماعي، والتعرف على الماضي ودراسة الحاضر، ورسم رؤية للمستقبل. وتبرز الأهمية أيضًا في نقل الوعي البيئي ودراسة التفاعلات الاجتماعية المختلفة، وتعزيز القيم الوطنية والعالمية.تظهر أهمية الدليل المقترح في هذا السياق، من خلال إمكانية مساهمته بشكل كبير في تنظيم وتوجيه الممارسة التعليمية نحو مسار مُنظّم وفعّال، وفقًا للمرجعيات الرسمية وهو ما يساعد في تحسين إدارة العمليات التعليمية والتعلم في مادة الاجتماعيات، خاصة في المستوى الرابع ابتدائي.

فجأة أصبح كل ما يحدث أمامي يمر سريعًا كأن يدًا خفية ضغطت على زر الإسراع، كل الوجوه متداخلة وكلمات الأغاني بدت عالقة في ذهني على نغمة واحدة كأنها أسطوانة مشروخة، إلا أن توقف الهواء نفسه عن التحرك بعدما أعلنوا عن قدوم مشعل، وتعالى صوت جلبة بعض الفتيات والنساء بالبحث عن خمارهن. عيناه كانتا مصوبتين عليَّ كسهمين من نار - " أظهري القليل من الشوق يا شوق!!" أليس هذا ما قاله أو هكذا بدا لي! يا إلهي ما هذا الشعور الذي بدأ في التصاعد إلى حلقي، لا يمكن أن يعقل، لا يمكن، ليس الآن وليس هنا، ثم كيف لي أن أشعر بالغثيان وأنا لم أتناول شيئًا طوال اليوم!! زممت شفتي بقوة كي أمنع هذا الشعور من التزايد، لكن فجأة شعرت بمعدتي تدفع بكل حموضتها ومرارتها إلى الأعلى نحو فمي ليندفع مني سائل أصفر باتجاه الأرض أمامي، رفعت رأسي في هلع تجاه الحشد لكنهم فجأة تلاشوا من أمامي، ولم يبقَ سوى مشعل ينظر إليَّ وعيناه مكفهرتان تتوعدان، وكان هذا آخر ما أذكره؛ فقد أغميَ عليَّ.

يجيب هذا الكتاب على مجموعة من الأسئلة من أبرزها -ما مدى الحماية القانونية والقضائية لرضا الزبناء في تعالمهم مع المؤسسات البنكية في القانونين المغربي والموريتاني، وهل يمكن اعتماد ركن الرضا كتقنية حمائية يمكن من خلالها التدخل لاعادة التوازن للعلاقة التعاقدية من خلال الوصول الى المعلومات المتعلقة بالخدمات محل التعاقد، ودورها في انارة الرضا كركن من اركان العقد.- ما مدى التزام المؤسسة البنكية بإعلام وتبصير زبنائها في مجال منح الائتمان، وهل تطلعهم على شروط ومضامين العقد؟.- وما مدى المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق المؤسسة البنكية في حالة اخلاها بهذا الالتزام وفقا للقانونين المغربي والموريتاني، سواء في القواعد العامة او الخاصة؟.- ما مدى الحماية القانونية للزبناء من الإعلانات التجارية، وخصوصا الكاذبة منها والمضللة، وهل يتضمن القانون المغربى والموريتانى مقتضيات قانونية كفيلة بردع المؤسسات البنكية التي تنشر إعلانات لا تطابق مضمون الخدمات التي تعلن عنها؟، وكيف يتعامل القضاء سواء المغربي او الموريتاني وكذا المقارن مع الاعلانات الكاذبة او المضللة.

يتناول هذا الكتاب الممارسات التدريسية الجامعية عن بُعد في ظلّ إطار المعرفة بالمحتوى والتربية والتكنولوجيا (TPACK)، وذلك في إطار التحديات العالمية بضرورة تنمية المهارات المهنية لعضو هيئة التدريس، والتي تتمثل في إتقان المعارف والمهارات المرتبطة بعمله التدريسي والبحثي والتقني بما يسهم في إدارة الصف بفاعلية، ويُمكِّنه من تبني وتطبيق مفاهيم وممارسات التطوير الذاتي المستمر لقدراته، والتكيف مع تحديات العصر المرتبطة بتكنولوجيا الحاسب والإنترنت. من خلال تكامل المعرفة المتعلقة بـ "المحتوى والتقنية ومهارات التدريس" لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وهو ما يتناسب مع مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين.

القِط في العربية الفصحى هِرة ( وكما وردت في الحديث الصحيح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ) أو قِطة . بِسة ، بسينة ، بيسة ، كديس (السودان) - لربما مُحرفّة من التركية كيدي من زمن الحُكم العثماني ؟ ، مش (في المغرب العربي) ،قـــــ( g )ـــــــطوة (دول شبه الجزيرة) ، البزون (العراق) ...والقِط كائن من ذوات الدم الحار من الثدييات فصيلة السِنوريات Felidae . ويعيش في العالم الآن 41 نوعاً معروفاً من السنوريات، والتي أنحدرت جميعها من سَلف مشترك قبل حوالي 10.8 مليون سنة. وقد نشأ هذا النوع الَسلف في آسيا، وانتشر عبر القارات من خلال عبوره الجسور الأرضية . وتُعتبر القطة الأليفة أو قطة المنزل أكثر السنوريات أُلفة للإنسان .

تناولت هذه الدراسة النظام القانوني للأجسام الفضائية ورواد الفضاء, في ضوء معاهدات واتفاقيات الفضاء الخارجي, وقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى مناقشة استخدامات الأجسام الفضائية بشقيها السلمي والعسكري, مع ذكر أهم التطبيقات السلمية والعسكرية للأجسام الفضائية. من ثم تناولت الدراسة حطام الأجسام الفضائية من الجانب الفني والقانوني وجهود الدول الفضائية في التقليل منه. ثم تناولت القواعد الموضوعية للمسؤولية الدولية عن الأضرار التي تحدثها الأجسام الفضائية, ومفهوم الضرر المادي والمعنوي وشروطه في ضوء أحكام اتفاقية المسؤولية الدولية. اختتمت الدراسة بدراسة الوضع القانوني لرواد الفضاء والمحطات الفضائية في ضوء معاهدات واتفاقيات الفضاء الخارجي.

هذا كتاب مختصر في النحو والصرف، لا يتجاوز عدد صفحاته حدود مائة إلا أنه كتاب شامل لأهم ما يحتاج إليه طالب علم كي يتقن الاعراب. كان الكاتب يركز على جانب تطبيقي باستعمال نصوص القرآن الكريم والأحايث النبوية كما سترى ذلك عند الاطلاع فيه. ومن أجل الفائدة، فقد أتى الكاتب بمبادئ علم أصول الفقه وقواعده، خاصة التعريفات التي تساعد الطالب على فهم المقصود دون الاطالة، بطريقة سهلة. فالكتاب مفتاح للنفائس، وعون لطلبة العلم الشرعي ولغيرهم من القراء.

يتناول الكتاب موضوع حول الذكايتكون الكتاب من سبعة فصول يحوي الفصل الأول المفاهيم الأساسية لذكاء الأعمال من حيث المفهوم والأهمية والأهداف والأبعاد ويتناول الفصل الثاني الذكاء الإستراتيجي بنفس المنوال وكذلك يتناول الفصل الثالث اليقظة الاستراتيجية من حيث المفاهيم والأهمية والأهداف والأبعاد أيضاً.أما الفصل الرابع فيتناول الميزة التنافسية للمنظمات والدور الذي يلعبه ذكاء الأعمال واليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيقها ويتناول الفصل الخامس تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ظل الكوارث والأزمات أما الفصلين السادس والسابع فتناولا نبذة تعريفية عن جائحة كورونا ودور تقنيات ذكاء الاعمال والذكاء الاستراتيجي واليقظة الاستراتيجية في التصدي لها.ء الاستراتيجي واليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ظل الكوارث

Women's secrets, stories, and dreams in this series, I am on a visit to the female planet, looking at her with neutrality, compassion, and diving into the depth, revealing her secrets and reporting them to you, and I hope to stay healthy and free after the revealing of what I write in the series of this adventure in a few books. I believe that those who do not know the secrets of the female do not know the truth of the universe, and will remain blind forever. These stories are not only for males but also for females. "The most serious case is the truth." This issue extends to the roots of creation. The male bee swarm rushes into the queen's lap, and only one wins the fun. Once the Queen guarantees that she has become fertilized and ready for eggs, she gives her orders to the workers to hunt down and kill all of the males or drive them all to where they die. Their mission is over. Males don't make anything but those who steal the workers' harvest and do nothing but run after the queen, and the season is over, and when the other season comes, young males will appear instead of those who have left. The image seems even more painful when the female spider is mentioned, which rushes to the female, which will Prey on him as soon as his mission is over. What a scary image we see if a female human does the same as a bee queen or a female spider?! This collection of female secrets, truth, and fantasy is a part of a series of stories that bring us to the depths of the female as if we were on an endless adventure. Here I invite women to read these stories before men so that they know a lot of the truth about their depths, dreams, and behavior, wonderful on the one hand, the most influential on the one hand, and even deadly, on the other.
