The natural disasters that are occurring today or that will occur in the future as a result of climate change will lead to collective mass migration. With global warming and the climate change it generates, events such as droughts, storms, floods, air and water pollution, and an increase in sea levels, will regularly occur. The natural disasters to emerge due to climate change will precipitate large-scale population movements. The concept of climate refugees was developed on the basis of these ecological problems. Based on the change in needs of individuals and societies, the field of social policy has been extended to include the issues experienced due to climate change. This study aims to address the legal status of climate refugees who migrate due to climate change and the problems caused by climate changes.
DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE WITH SIMULINK : MODELLING AND CONTROL // The nonlinear simulation model of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for Piper J3-Cub in MATLAB/Simulink® environment is developed by taking into consideration all the possible major system components such as actuators, gravity, engine, atmosphere, wind-turbulence models, as well as the aerodynamics components in the 6 DOF equations of motion. The model is validated by comparing with a similar UAV data in terms of open loop dynamic stability characteristics. Using two main approaches; namely, fuzzy based on PID which is the obtained value using genetic algorithm and adaptive neural fuzzy inference system, linear controllers are designed. The controllers are designed for control of roll, heading with coordinated turn, flight path, attitude command in pitch, altitude in achieving desired, i.e., for the achievement of control functions. These linear controllers are integrated into the nonlinear model, by gain scheduling with respect to altitude, controller input in terms of longitudinal and lateral linearization regarding the perturbed states and control.
This book is devoted to study multidimensional linear and nonlinear partial differential equations. Among several methods to deal with higher dimensional linear partial differential equations, the elegant method of Spherical Means has spacial importance since this method reduces the higher dimensional equations to the one dimensional radial equations of Euler-Poisson-Darboux type which are well studied. Although this method is applicable only to the linear differential equations, by some special transformations, like the Cole-Hopf transformation and the Backlaund transformation, exact solutions of multidimensional nonlinear partial differential equations of the Spherical Liouville, Sine- Gordon and Burgers type are constructed.
