O seu objectivo é contribuir para a melhoria do sistema jurídico penal substantivo. Explica num estudo exploratório, aspectos jurídicos enquadrados num Estado de Direito e Justiça, também a nível criminológico constitui um esboço de teorias criminológicas, especialmente a Criminologia dos Direitos Humanos, e reflecte uma grande contribuição social, uma vez que se faz notar a necessidade urgente de a sociedade ter uma regulamentação penal de acordo com as novas mudanças sociais, avanços tecnológicos globais, contribuindo também através de directrizes na situação de descodificação das leis penais especiais que fazem parte, como um todo, do Direito Penal Substantivo venezuelano. The objective of this book is to establish the legal and criminological guidelines to be taken into account in the modernization of Substantive Criminal Law, which includes the Criminal Code and other criminal provisions contained in special laws, using the analytical and descriptive method. It aims to contribute to the improvement of the substantive criminal legal system. Explains in an exploratory study, legal aspects framed in a State of Law and Justice, also at the criminological level it constitutes an outline of criminological theories, especially Criminology of Human Rights, and reflects a great social contribution, since it is done noting the urgent need for society to have a penal regulation in accordance with the new social changes, global technological advances, also contribute through guidelines in the situation of decoding the special criminal laws that are part, as a whole, of the Venezuelan Substantive Criminal Law. It also has a great practical contribution, by making use of legal and criminological theories for the resolution, through the Penal Code, of innumerable problems of society.

The purpose of this book is to analyze the procedure for the authorization of dismissal, transfer or modification of the working conditions, provided for in the Organic Law of Labor, Workers and Women Workers, being a documentary type research and descriptive level, studying the different aspects that constitute the development of this procedure, filed by the employer before the corresponding Labor Inspectorate, contributing to the legal knowledge to ensure the right to defense of the accused worker and the plaintiff employer. This research is justified because it intends to contribute, based on a review of the labor and procedural legislation, in order to contribute to the due process. This study was carried out by systematically compiling the legal doctrine, in order to serve as a contribution for professionals and jurists when filing the referred procedure. Said procedure seeks to protect the workers vested by the union privilege and labor immovability, against an unjustified dismissal, transfer or modification of working conditions by the employer.

El objetivo de este libro es establecer los lineamientos jurídicos y criminológicos a tomarse en cuenta en la modernización del Derecho Penal Sustantivo, que comprende el Código Penal y demás disposiciones penales contenidas en las leyes especiales, utilizando para ello, el método analítico y descriptivo. Pretende contribuir al mejoramiento del ordenamiento jurídico penal sustantivo. Explica en un estudio exploratorio, aspectos jurídicos enmarcados en un Estado de Derecho y de Justicia, además a nivel criminológico constituye un esbozo de las teorías criminológicas, en especial la Criminología de los Derechos Humanos, y refleja un gran aporte social, por cuanto se hace notar la imperiosa necesidad para la sociedad de tener una regulación penal acorde con los nuevos cambios sociales, los avances tecnológicos mundiales, asimismo contribuir a través de lineamientos en la situación de descodificación de las leyes penales especiales que forman parte, en conjunto, del Derecho Penal Sustantivo venezolano. También posee un gran aporte práctico, al hacer uso de teorías jurídicas y criminológicas para la resolución, a través del Código Penal, de innumerables problemas de la sociedad.
