Doctoral Thesis / Dissertation from the year 2023 in the subject Computer Science - Commercial Information Technology, grade: A+, , language: English, abstract: The objective of this research is to ascertain and recognize the factors that make up the coordination mechanism of virtual development teams and provide a structural and interpretive model of the relationships between these factors and evaluate the influence of these factors on themselves and the performance of virtual development teams of agile software development projects was done. Presently, the deployment of virtual development teams is regarded as an indispensable component of software production and its associated sectors, with its usage escalating daily. World-changing occurrences and the prevalence of multiple pandemics, such as Covid-19, have further accelerated the necessity and adoption rate of virtual development teams. Therefore, a substantial portion of the strategic employment policies in corporations and organizations are based on the framework of employing virtual development teams and remote workforce.Given the advancements in the usage of virtual development teams, especially within the software development and production sector, addressing the issues and challenges associated with their deployment has evolved into a critical and engaging matter for businesses and industries. Identifying and managing key internal and external elements influencing the performance of these teams and formulating and executing a consistent coordination system can engender the essential alignment amongst various human and organizational factors. In this study, these considerations are presented as an integrated coordination system, offering businesses and industries assistance in enhancing the performance of their virtual development teams.

God has been there for me everyday of my life through the ups and downs. I thank the Lord for His grace, love, faithfulness, and mercy on my life. I started writing poems thanking the Lord for all He has done in my life, and now I want to share these poems with the world. I pray these poems can give you hope, encouragement, and make you give more praises to the Lord through all He has done in your life. God commands us to glorify Him in all that we do (1 Corinthians 10:31) and my purpose for this book is that He gets all the glory.May you find all your hope; joy, peace, and love in Jesus as I have found it surrendering my life to Him, and may these poems help make you find rest in God''s faithfulness. Ali Nazari grew up in the faith of Islam before the Lord opened his eyes to the truth of the Gospel. God completely transformed his life when he fully surrendered to Christ. Ali has earned his degree from California State University, Northridge. He met His beautiful Fiancé at their church and they are getting married in March 2022. Ali loves Jesus and He hopes to continue to serve Him all the days of his life.
