Having a cycle in place of knowing what customers are looking for when they land on Bank365.com.mt and giving that to them; measuring user behaviour and aligning business KPIs; turning passive browsers into valuable conversions and defending against limited visitor patience are all activities which the Bank should focus on if it expects any improved results from the digital environment.Bank365 undergoes the cycle of reaching, acting, converting, and engaging online with customers on a daily basis. When done right this has produced results, and as a matter of fact the company has been generating an average of 165 online leads per month (around 2000 online requests forms filled per year) since January 2015. Dabei gehe ich zum einen auf die unterschiedlichen charakteristischen Persönlichkeitsstrukturen ein, zum anderen auf die Unternehmensstruktur und inwiefern das Arbeitsklima dies begünstigt. Außerdem erforsche ich das Bestreben nach Macht und lege präventive Maßnahmen dar, um Mobbing am Arbeitsplatz zu unterbinden.Steigender Leistungsdruck, hohe Anzahl an Burnout Erkrankungen, Depressionen als neue Volkskrankheit ¿ alles Leidenszeichen, die manchen Arbeitnehmern im Laufe ihres Arbeitslebens widerfahren.In Japan sterben offiziell jährlich circa 150 Menschen als Folge von Überarbeitung. Dutzende sind von ihrer Arbeitsstelle sowohl mental als auch physisch erschöpft ¿ dies geht sogar so weit, dass es einen eigens eingeführten Begriff für einen Tod durch Arbeitsübermüdung gibt: "Karoshi".Doch was sind die Gründe für diesen enormen Stress, der in Erschöpfung, in einem enormen Druck oder sogar in Depressionen endet? Warum ist dieses Thema aktueller denn je? Die Hintergründe dafür sind vielfältig, manch einer fühlt sich in seinem Job nicht wohl, da er ihm kaum Erfüllung gibt. Manch anderer hingegen muss über Jahre hinweg mentale Schmerzen seitens anderer Arbeitskollegen ertragen, was schlussendlich zu einem enormen (Leistungs-)Stress bzw. Burnout führen kann. Augenscheinlich sind "mentale Probleme" großflächig definiert. In meinem Text beziehe ich mich jedoch mehrheitlich auf den seelischen Schmerz auf der Arbeitsstelle, der durch systematische psychische Gewalt erreicht wird.Diese eben angesprochene Form der Gewalt, auch genannt Mobbing, ist eigentlich oftmals in sozialen Interaktionen mit anderen Menschen zu beobachten. Dabei tritt dieses Phänomen häufiger in der Pubertät bzw. im jungen Erwachsenenalter auf. Zuschlag beschreibt Mobbing als eine Form der psychischen, meist kommunikativen Gewalt, in der durch wiederkehrende demütigende Schikane von Personen, meist Gruppen, gezielt Einzelpersonen schlechter behandelt werden.Dabei haben die "Mobber" oftmals mehr Ansehen und Macht bzw. versuchen durch die gezielte Bildung von feindseligen Sündenböcken ihr Ansehen zu stärken. Dabei nennt man das Mobbing durch Vorgesetzte auch "Bossing".

Sveiby argued that by having people using their competences, value can be created in two ways, transferring and converting knowledge externally from, or internally to their organisation.Nowadays, this perspective has become widespread among the business community as well, however, despite the attempts by organisations to embrace a knowledge sharing culture, it has often resulted that employees are unwilling to share knowledge even when institutional practices are designed to facilitate such transfers. Cummings (2004) and Pulakos et al. (2003) agree that ¿knowledge sharing¿ refers to the provision of task information and know-how to help and collaborate with others in solving problems, developing ideas, or implementing policies and procedures. Research has demonstrated that knowledge sharing positively related to lower production costs, higher product development rates, better team performance and firm innovation capabilities; all being linked to growth in sales and revenue. Therefore, as Jackson et al. argue in their 2006 study, knowledge sharing is the fundamental means through which employees can contribute to knowledge application, innovation, and ultimately the competitive advantage of the organisation - a critical organisational resource, key to maintaining a competitive advantage in the market. One approach to maintaining a knowledge sharing culture is to invest in staffing and training systems that focus on selecting employees who have specific knowledge, skills, abilities, or competencies or helping employees acquire them. However, as Brown and Duguid (1991) warn, it is insufficient for an organisation to rely solely on this. In order to be competitive, emphasis needs to shift to the exploitation of the already-existing knowledge-based resources within the organisation. After all, the organisation does not and cannot ¿own¿ the knowledge of employees, and (therefore) to categorise such knowledge as an ¿asset¿ is fundamentally misleading.

Dabei werden die 10 Regeln der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE) als Leitfaden verwendet, um den Schülerinnen und Schülern eine klare Orientierung zu geben.Bevor die Frage "Was ist gesunde Ernährung?" behandelt wird, muss zunächst definiert werden, was Gesundheit überhaupt bedeutet. Laut World Health Organisation (WHO) ist Gesundheit ein Zustand vollkommenen körperlichen, geistigen und sozialen Wohlbefindens und nicht allein das Fehlen von Krankheit und Gebrechen. Somit wird Gesundheit als ein Gleichgewicht zwischen körperlichem, psychischem, sozialem und existenziellem Befinden verstanden. Im Kontext der Ernährung bedeutet dies eine ausgewogene Mischkost, die alle essenziellen Mikronährstoffe in ausreichender Menge und zur richtigen Zeit enthält. Zusätzlich werden auch Faktoren wie Bewegung, Achtsamkeit und soziales Miteinander als Teil einer gesunden Ernährung betrachtet.Die 10 Regeln der DGE dienen als Leitfaden für eine gesunde Ernährung und sollen helfen, einfache und ernährungsphysiologisch sinnvolle Entscheidungen bei der Lebensmittelauswahl zu treffen. Diese Regeln werden im Unterricht behandelt, um den Schülerinnen und Schülern eine praktische Orientierung zu geben.
