Tony was raised to believe that people are suppose to be held responsible for their own actions whether good or bad and that devious devils will throw rocks and hide their hands. Would Tony take his chances with being judge by twelve and walking out the court room a free man, knowing it could spell the remainder of his life seeking resurrection from the cross that awaits him.
