These stories are not mine alone, I might have observed you on one lone metro journey and now here we are. Writing a poetry is a process of introspecting yourself. To write something worth of reading , one needs to be aware of their own ideas. I try to do that while writing. ""Apricity"" is as raw as it can get from one person to another. This book is a feeling of warmth which a wholesome conversation gives. If you are someone who loves to know a foreign perspective on little things of life, this is the book for you. This book consists of my immediate feelings and personal perspective. I wish for the readers to gain a bit of fresh air after giving it a read.

Examining the relationship between sedition and liberal democracies, particularly in India, this book looks at the biography of sedition laws, its contradictory position against free speech, and democratic ethics. Recent sedition cases registered in India show that the law in its wide and diverse deployment was used against agitators in a community-based pro-reservation movement, group of university students for their alleged 'anti-national' statements, anti-liquoractivists, and anti-nuclear movement, to name a few. Set against its contemporary use, this book has used sedition as a lens to probe the fate of political speech in liberal democracy.
