The two stories in this book are designed for people of all ages, as reading has no age limit. They are a fun, easy read.In the first story, a smart little Yorkie puts his brain and nose to work to help his master solve a vexing problem; in the second, a group of animals find a creative solution to help a baby octopus make new friends, with a little help from their human guardians. Being willing to persevere and help one another are the key ideas in both tales. You will want to read these stories again and again.
Bella's parents started her education a couple of years before she started school. She began writing in 3rd grade. Simple poems and stories branched into songs and music about a year later. Being reared on opera and German music fostered a lifelong interest in languages and varied ethnic music. Friends of many faiths and nationalities broadened both literary and musical interests and output over the years. A seagull flying over a parking lot sparked a series of stories about a friendship between a dog and a bird. Taking a break from music and writing, Bella dove into silversmithing and other forms of jewelry making, but the death of a dear friend pushed her back into writing music and composing as a way of dealing with the loss. She now lives in Southern Nevada, writing poetry, songs, and stories about whatever piques her creativity. Bella has a BA in German, almost a degree in Music Therapy, and, most recently, a Master's degree in Special Education, Mild to Moderate Disabilities.
