Josh Beane simply knows there is more he can do to improve the culture of his classroom. His colleagues tell him not to worry since he is the best teacher they have seen. Josh begins to see what he can do when he observes Alex Winter, the new math teacher. He is amazed as Alex naturally flows from idea to idea and builds a magnificent culture of learners.
