The body of a young woman is found and it falls to Tammy to solve the cold case. As she pursues the investigation, more bodies are found, all linked to the young woman; Tammy has a serial killer on her hands. As she pursues the leads presented to her, each conclusion stuns her: the killer is closer than she realizes.
