Two witches. One girl. One choice. When Rebecca and her family moved into the new house she began a journey of self discovery. While her father worked on returning the house and yard to its former glory Rebecca became a student of witchcraft. She is unknowingly tutored by two ancient witches who guide her from the shadows of another time and dimension. What Rebecca doesn't know is that her self discovery is directly tied into an ancient power so great it threatens to boil over and destroy all of reality. As Rebecca grows stronger she calls other women to her coven. Their numbers grow as does their power and before too long the time has come for Rebecca to make a decision. Will she chose to align with the witch of light or the one of darkness? Will Rebecca be our savior or the downfall of all mankind and usher us back into the darkness where the Others await?

When policy forecasts are based on the policymaker's present and past actions, current policy affects expectations of future policy, contrary to what happens when forecasters can replicate policymaking perfectly. We show that when forecasts are generated through any linear combination of present and past policy functions that produces expectations consistent with the implemented policy, the optimal discretionary policy exploiting learning converges toward the optimal commitment plan as we approach a situation where people do not discount the future. Since influencing expectations permits improving policy, successful policymakers need to know how policy expectations are formed and how they can affect these expectations.
