The Very Hungry Bear is about respect, apologizing and correcting your mistakes.Well mama bear woke up after a long winter's nap, we'll call that-hibernation.Once she stepped out of her cave, she stretched, let out a big sound then headed for the stream filled with fish. Bear was so hungry that on the way to the stream, she ate Rabbit's and Fox's food (OH, no!). She promised that she would replace their food, but when Bear headed to the stream, beautiful song birds reminded her that Fox and Rabbit were hungry too and she needed to replace their food then head to the stream. They sang, Stop and think before you eat, well did Bear listen? What do you think Bear did?

Spider's New Friend is a Fable. This fable is used to depict a human dilemma, In this story Spider is going up a waterspout on a sunny day. But all of a sudden the clouds hid the sun and it begin to rain, Spider tumbled to the ground, Big Grouchy Bug saw Spider tumble to the ground and laughed, his friends also heard the commotion and rushed over and encouraged their friend. This story was written during the 2021 Pandemic and shows how everyone needs a friend. Dirdura hope you enjoy reading, Spider's New Friend as much as she enjoyed writing it.

She has written bible songs for the very young in the church she attends, and taught classes for infants, 4- 6th grade at Greenville Avenue Church of Christ, in Richardson, Texas. She received Child Development, Early Childhood Education Certificate from Dallas College. "East Field '' and her A.AS Degree from the same institution. What do I do when thing do not go as planned? Spider had a plan... Spider goes shopping, Spider is so happy as he heads up the water spout to buy bugs for his family, but as you may guess, spider gets washed out. Spider begins to cry, just as spider was crying, A large grouchy and not so nice bug laughed at him, his friends gathers around him to encourage him to keep trying. Spider felt embarrassed, and cried. Will Spider get discouraged, by the big grouchy bug or be encouraged by the nice bugs? Well the excitement awaits, open the book and read for yourself.

But then she was visited by some beautiful singing birds that reminded her that rabbit and fox were also hungry, and she needed to keep her word and collect food for them before going to the stream, for herself.
