From issues held by the Lancaster County Historical Society and the Library of Congress. Entries of different newspapers sometimes conflicted as to ages, dates, spelling of names, etc. These disparities are noted.

These wills were done under the auspices of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. Every name mentioned in the will is abstracted, land tract names, residence and occupation of the deceased when given.
