The book deals with Fayol¿s 14 Principles of Management and how to affect those principles when managing an organization also the important factors and strategies of management can be identified. When considering about Fayol¿s 14 Principles of Management, there were about 14priciples can be identified. Three principles-division of work, authority and discipline deal with behaviour that is essentially need to work in good manner. Three others - unity of Command, unity of direction and subordination¿s interest deal with aims and targets to be performed by the manager. Other remaining some principles are centralization, order and equity cover the controlling and considering activities of the manager.
