Daisy's started a new life with her very own flower shop on the English coast-but she doesn't believe love will ever bloom for her again . . . A disastrous love affair and the loss of her father has made workaholic Daisy rethink her life. Now, instead of teaching grammar-school science, she runs Va Va Bloom-a florist shop in the town of Lullbury Bay. She provides beautiful flowers for special events in the Dorset community, including Lullbury's wedding of the year. But she's given up all hope of a wedding in her own future. When Rick, a charismatic stranger, comes in to buy his girlfriend flowers, a spark ignites between them. Just her luck, then, that the only man who gets her heart fluttering is attached! But soon Daisy realizes that this little town may yet change her life in more ways than she expected . . .
For fans of reality dance shows, this series is strictly irresistible!
Love is worth celebrating at any time of the year . . . The little English town of Lullbury Bay goes all out for Christmas each year, and Honor Martin loves it. After a bad breakup years ago, she's settled into the simple pleasures of working at the local primary school and dining at the Sea Spray Café. The holiday is the high point of her year. Artist Jago Pengethley, however, doesn't share her merry mood. A new arrival in town, he's here with his mother and sister to start anew after the devastating loss of his father. He'd be happy to never see another wreath or hear another carol. But to help his little sister replace bad memories with good ones, he accompanies her to the various festivities. And as he gets to know her teacher, Honor, might she be the one to restore his Christmas spirit?

'A lovely, romantic and historical read' - Linda's Book BagJune 1963, Clematis Cottage, Stoke St. Mary, HerefordshireI am really not sure why I am writing this. A foolish whim by a foolish old lady and it will probably sit in a box unread and decay much like its writer when Death makes his careless decision. But perhaps someone will find it. Someone will care enough to read and somehow I know that will happen.April 2000, Clematis Cottage, Stoke St. Mary, HerefordshireTired of her life in London, freelance illustrator Rachel buys the beautiful but dilapidated Clematis Cottage and sets about creating the home of her dreams. But tucked away behind the water tank in the attic and left to gather dust for decades is an old biscuit tin containing letters, postcards and a diary. So much more than old scraps of paper, these are precious memories that tell the story of Henrietta Trenchard-Lewis, the love she lost in the Great War and the girl who was left behind.
