I've noticed when writing poetry again that its more about having the emotions or thoughts that occurred at one point in your life being written that gives so much more understanding and self- acceptance of it. No longer feared but absorbed as a part of you that was finally healed. Scars build the strongest humans after all. So here I am again releasing the parts of me that I used to hold onto. Fore changing my future that present me has yet to see
