Following on from where my first book, Bipolar..... Me? left off, Bipolar..... Definitely! looks at how I gradually came to accept my condition and even learnt to use it to my advantage in my job working with adults who have learning difficulties. Some of the guys have bipolar too but can't fully understand why they are bombarded with a whole range of different emotions, all seemingly for no apparent reason. So I get to reassure and help them out but without them knowing it, they too have helped me enormously.
One of the greatest ways God speaks to us is through His Word. It is impossible to truly know Him without knowing His Word. His Word is who He is. You may experience God's presence at times in your life, but you will never fully develop a relationship with Him without His Word. If you want to get to know God, get to know His Word!Through the hearing and reading of God's Word, we begin to open the lines of communication with Him. The Bible is our telephone line to God. Through it, we have conversations with Him. He shows us His heart and His ways through the principles in His word. As the Word of God is revealed in our heart, the heart of God is revealed in our life.

The continuing accounts of a bipolar person prior to diagnosis, or in other words..... me!
At the age of forty I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Somehow I had managed to live my life up until then, without realising I even had it or knowing what it was. I seperated from my wife after 20 years and that's when things started to get out of control and yet I still refused to accept my condition. Often funny and sometimes sad, BIPOLAR.....ME? tells the story of 4 years of my life and the effect bipolar had not only on me but others around me. I have tried to understand the symptoms and hope this book can be helpful to fellow sufferers as well as make readers laugh........ i mean, life's too short 'innit!
