Hi my name is Jonathan Wright. I decided to write this book for a few reasons. Over the last 25 years I have had a lot of people ask me questions about bodybuilding, nutrition and especially steroids which is the main reason for me writing this. I am not a big guy by any means but I have always found it easy to change my body very quickly. I started out as a personal training through NFPT before I even started to really work on my own body. I'm glad I did though because it gave me much more insight on what would later become a bodybuilder physique. I went from a skinny little bitch to stepping on bodybuilding stages in 2003.
