I april 2013 genåbnede Formynderskabsrådssalen i FN-bygningen i New York, også kendt som Finn Juhl-salen, efter en gennemgribende restaurering.Finn Juhl i FN - et dansk mesterværk i New York fortæller historien om levendegørelsen af dette stykke danske kulturarv. Om Finn Juhls arbejde med at indrette salen, om selve restaureringen og om designduoen Salto & Sigsgaards design af moderne møbler til den restaurerede sal. Bogen er skrevet af Karsten R.S. Ifversen, forfatter og arkitekturredaktør på Politiken og Birgit Lyngbye Pedersen, erhvervshistoriker og Finn Juhl-kender. Den amerikanske arkitekt og forfatter Michael Sheridan har skrevet forord.Finn Juhl i FN - et dansk mesterværk i New York er rigt illustreret med historiske illustrationer samt nyoptagne fotos af Hans Ole Madsen. Udkommer både i en dansk og en engelsk udgave. Bogen er udgivet med støtte fra Realdania, Kulturstyrelsen og Udenrigsministeriet.
