Whoever said, "sin in haste, repent in leisure" never lied. There are consequences for every choice made under the Son/sun. My name is Kaye Edwards, I am a mother of three and have been married for over 14 years to a man that has not accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Being unequally yoked is a lesson in longsuffering that many can do without. But if you are like me, then you have found yourself on a journey that is filled with emptiness, constant warfare, and often loneliness. Yet even being Unequally Yoked can bear all sorts of good fruit, if you allow the Lord to lead you. Unequally Yoked is a tool of encouragement that will remind you to do just that. It is geared to inspire you not to give up on life but to gain victory through cleansing, forgiveness, acceptance, and seeking out God's purpose. This book will aid you, through scriptural application, in learning to cope where you are; it will help in avoiding depression and living a life of defeat by equipping you with Five Steps on how to live "In the Valley." Unequally Yoked is also a preventive tool for you who are in danger of making the same choice. It is my prayer that this book will warn you with the honest ramifications of disobedience in this area, and encourage you to shift your focus back to God. If you are unequally yoked in marriage, Unequally Yoked will show you how you can go through the the fire and still complete the work that was started in you when you accepted Christ as your savior.
