The text/reference book titled ¿Ergonomics for Occupational Seat Design¿ is prepared for undergraduate and post-graduate students of industrial engineering, production engineering, industrial and production engineering, mechanical and industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, pursuing a one semester course on work systems design, work safety and ergonomics, work design and ergonomics, work study and ergonomics, industrial ergonomics, occupational health and ergonomics, or industrial engineering and ergonomics. The present text author¿s endeavor is to cover provide the basic knowledge about the seating design from ergonomic point of view. The present text is supplemented with the case studies and live examples.
This volume comprises select proceedings of the International Conference on Humanizing Work and Work Environment organized by the Indian Society of Ergonomics (HWWE2019).
