Este livro trata das questões eleitorais de 2018 na República Democrática do Congo, com a intenção de dar a conhecer mais amplamente a vitória do povo congolês na batalha eleitoral que opôs a oposição, enfraquecida pela divisão loquaz que se seguiu ao natimorto Acordo de Genebra, à maioria, manchada pelo veneno do pretexto para o escrutínio de 2018. Enquanto o pêndulo dos adeptos do provérbio "a união faz a força" oscilava a favor da referida maioria, o dos adeptos do nosso provérbio "a união sem realização é nula", pelo contrário, oscilava a favor da oposição enfraquecida. Para isso, utilizámos a serpente misteriosa e/ou imaginária chamada anfisbena, não só para representar o povo a tomar conta do povo face à inatividade da oposição, inoculada depois de ter sido picada pelo veneno do pretexto do referido campo, bem como pelo desgaste do seu poder, mas também e sobretudo para simbolizar esta vitória como uma produção colectiva segundo o modelo da orquestra da comunicação, onde cada um tocou a sua partitura invisível sem dissonância, mesmo no meio da divisão.
This book deals with the electoral issues of 2018 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, it is with the intention of making more broadly scientific the victory of the Congolese people during the electoral battle which opposed the opposition weakened by the loquacious division to the resulting from the stillborn Geneva agreement and the majority abused with the venom of a pretext for the 2018 election. Where the pendulum of the followers of the chapel of the proverb "unity is strength" turned in favor of the said majority, that followers of our proverb ¿unity without achievement is zerö, on the other hand, veered in favor of the weakened opposition. To do this, we had resorted to the mysterious and/or imaginary snake called amphisbène in order to depict not only the support of the people by the people in the face of the inactivity of the opposition inoculated after having been bitten with the venom of the camp's pretext aforementioned as well as the wear and tear of its power, but also and above all to symbolize this victory as a collective production according to the model of the orchestra of communication where everyone played their invisible part without dissonance even in the division.
This book proposes to take stock of the logo evaluation of the University of Kinshasa and the Catholic University of Congo. It can also communicate to more distant audiences such as political circles, etc. In fact, we conducted a semiotic analysis of the coats of arms of two universities (University of Kinshasa and Catholic University of Congo) in order to identify the hidden message in the coats of arms of two universities (connotation and denotation), and in the beginning we made use of the ethnographic method of communication according to Dellhymes and J. J. Gumperz, which allowed us to determine the meaning of the coats of arms of two universities.J. Gumperz, which helped us to interview some students of two universities (UCC and Unikin). After our interviews, we realized that the majority of the students were unable to describe the explanations concerning the typographic aspect in a proper way.
