Isfahan has become one of the tourist destinations in the world in terms of economy, society and population, as well as due to the existence of historical monuments. Therefore, many foreign and domestic investors have set goals in this city. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and design the stock market building as one of the important management and decision-making centers, whose architecture has a special place in the physical structure of the city. Considering that the stock exchange organization acts in line with the optimization of the available funds and also in the direction of increasing the usefulness of the society and the country, it should keep itself in sync with the new economic and scientific mechanisms and be a symbol of a healthy economy. In this research, the theoretical foundations of investment and the stock exchange were examined, and then similar examples and the design criteria and standards of the office building of the stock exchange were examined in line with the plan, and the design stage was based on the theoretical foundations, criteria and standards and by applying design solutions, the final design has been achieved.

Portanto, muitos investidores nacionais e estrangeiros estabeleceram metas nesta cidade. Portanto, é necessário planejar e projetar o edifício da bolsa como um dos importantes centros de gestão e de decisão, cuja arquitetura ocupa um lugar especial na estrutura física da cidade. Considerando que a organização bolsista actua em consonância com a optimização dos fundos disponíveis e também no sentido de aumentar a utilidade da sociedade e do país, deve manter-se em sintonia com os novos mecanismos económicos e científicos e ser um símbolo de uma economia saudável. Nesta pesquisa, foram examinados os fundamentos teóricos do investimento e da bolsa de valores e, em seguida, foram examinados exemplos semelhantes e os critérios e padrões de projeto do edifício de escritórios da bolsa de valores de acordo com o plano, e a etapa de projeto foi baseada no fundamentos teóricos, critérios e padrões e através da aplicação de soluções de design, o projeto final foi alcançado.

Il progetto finale è stato realizzato.

Dans cette recherche, les fondements théoriques de l'investissement et de la bourse ont été examinés, puis des exemples similaires ainsi que les critères et normes de conception de l'immeuble de bureaux de la bourse ont été examinés conformément au plan, et l'étape de conception a été basée sur le fondements théoriques, critères et normes et en appliquant des solutions de conception, la conception finale a été réalisée.

In dieser Untersuchung wurden die theoretischen Grundlagen der Investition und der Börse untersucht, anschließend wurden ähnliche Beispiele sowie die Gestaltungskriterien und -standards des Bürogebäudes der Börse im Einklang mit dem Plan untersucht und die Entwurfsphase auf der Grundlage des Entwurfs erstellt Nach theoretischen Grundlagen, Kriterien und Standards sowie der Anwendung von Entwurfslösungen wurde der endgültige Entwurf erreicht.
