This text is the result of a sustained reflection on Law, based on the assumption that it consists of legal texts which are continents of promises from the powerful to the disempowered, whose sense is perfected by the reader. Once made by authorised agents, it leads to the production of concrete norms and is presumably related to the problem situation. Norms are linguistic utterances at the syntactic level, linguistic propositions at the semantic level, and acts of linguistic utterance at the pragmatic level, but they are always promises of how, the powerful, will act to decide controversies. This position has led to the need to address one of the most debated philosophical problems - that of sense. To this end, diagrams will be used and one of their possible understandings will be presented - in order to circumscribe the sense of sense and offer a better understanding of the communicative processes, emphasising the importance of the reserve area in any interaction that gives rise to social performance - hypocrisy, a word that comes from the ancient Greek ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ (hupókrisis), which means "to stage", "to interpret".

O texto que se segue constitui parte de uma tese doutoral em Educação: Currículo, apresentada na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC-SP. A proposta aqui apresentada representa o resultado de reflexão e prática e espero que possa servir de base para outros trabalhos conduzindo, afinal, ao aperfeiçoamento do ensino e aprendizagem do Direito. O simples fato de que seja lida e criticada já será um benefício enorme, pelo menos para este autor - sempre lembrando que o texto só se fecha em cada leitura de cada leitor.

Esta obra é versão expandida e revisada de tese de livre docência em Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito apresentada ao Departamento de Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo em que, também, obtivemos o bacharelado e o doutorado direto, bem assim um período docente de grande significância e proveito pelo convívio com estudantes, muitos dos quais hoje colegas, aplicados e plenamente cônscios da relevância de seus deveres futuros na construção do país.Como pudemos dizer em O ensino do direito como prática transformadora a formação dos quadros nacionais foi cometida, em diferentes etapas, às faculdades de Direito, Economia e Administração, bem assim, de Engenharia. Entretanto, mais permanentemente as carreiras públicas se associam ao conhecimento e aplicação de leis, pelo que as escolas de direito se tornam a principal fonte da qualidade de gestão pública.

In order not to take our time and run the risk of some impropriety, we also point out that this work is not only one more deep study of the Philosophy of Law, excellent as so many other authors, but also a deep study with a current and proper reflection of our world and society, no longer marked by Modernity, but in an advanced stage of social communication, marked by new technologies, digital media, 5G, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, online/real time social interactions, where anyone with a modest cell phone can communicate instantly with another human being on the other side of the planet - in other words, our social paradigms have already changed and continue to undergo accelerated transformation. And Law tries to catch up with the new situations and discipline legal relations in such a scenario or atmosphere, as our Author prefers. In sum, this is an indispensable book for all those concerned in studying Law as a whole, far beyond the Philosophy of Law itself, because it impregnates and gets involved in all its other branches, being rooted in economic, pedagogical, ethical and social strata in general.
