Der Verfasser will sich hier begnügen mit dem Minderen, zu zeigen, wie aus den Quellen des Geistes im Menschen, in denen Göttliches und Nurmenschliches zusammen strömt, der Forderung der Stunde zu genügen sei, so dass eine 'Vita nuova' denen wieder möglich werde, die am tief­sten an dieser Zeit gelitten und gekrankt haben."
