The church has paid more attention to its own traditions and false teachings than it has to the truth found in the Scriptures. If the church is to rightly educate its people and act in accordance with its biblical mandate, it must return to a proper teaching of the gospel. And a key part of the gospel is a clear, accurate recognition of the state of natural, unregenerate man. For the Bible teaches us that God loves us too much to leave us as we are.
