The book provides a detailed methodology for addressing the needs of material processing (polymer/ metals/ bio-gels etc.) and various engineering applications in the next 5-10 years. The book presents a detailed mechanical, morphological, thermal, and rheological characterization of selected materials and highilights the required environmental standards to be maintained.
This book is intended for anyone, who is interested in knowing about computers and basics of C. We are extremely happy to come out with this book on "Enhance your C Skills" for students of all the streams. We have divided the syllabus into the small chapters so that the topics can be arranged properly. The topics within the chapters have been arranged in a proper sequence to ensure smooth flow of the subject. The book has been thoughtfully structured to serve as an ideal textbook for various courses offered in computer science.
This book focuses on applications of 4D imaging and 4D printing for development of low cost, indigenous lab scale solutions for various bio-medical applications. It initiates from selection of benchmark open source 4D imaging solutions and effect of different stimulus including 4D imaging, 4D printing, their specific biomedical applications.
An epic life story of a young mother whose journey begins happily married in a comfortable home, to being stranded in a refugee camp having lost her country, her ancestral home and her husband, the love of her life, due to the breakup of India in the 1940s.
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a relatively new prototyping technique in which parts can be produced rapidly and accurately. The present work started with the identification of the bench mark. Prototypes were built with ABS plastic material and measurements were made on the co-ordinate measuring machine from which IT grades were calculated to check the dimensional accuracy of the components. The purpose of this study is to find whether the FDM process is capable of producing a pattern for manufacturing a die for hand tool with good dimensional accuracy. The study involves best settings of machine by varying the part orientations and studying the effect on the consumption of the model material, support material and the time taken for production. Morphology of the components at various orientations was also studied to give an insight to the quality of the product produced at various orientations. Measured mechanical properties like micro hardness indicated the suitability of the process. Final components produced are acceptable as per ISO standard UNI EN 20286-I (1995) and DIN16901.
