In the future mankind travels through space A vast network of spatial gates. A ship can be sent hurtling hundreds of light years in minutes. Despite the routine nature of deep space travel, things don't always go so smoothly. Lost in the deepest depths of space, the Thunder Child has become the stuff of legends and deep space ghost stories. Whispers spoken in the night to scare space travellers. When a signal is detected in a far off uninhabited and isolated solar system, believed to be coming from the Thunder Child, the Horizon and her crew are tasked to investigate its disappearance and salvage her. As the crew embark on their journey, led by the financial gains and fame that finding the fabled ship promises, they soon discover that some things are forgotten for a reason.
