The Charity Series Bible Study Curriculum is comprised of eleven lessons that come directly from the book series. These topics are generally hard for parents and other adults to discuss with children in light of their complexities. The lessons are designed to allow Charity, who has been heaven sent, to administer God's love, comfort and care, as she assists children in dealing with these challenging subjects. Throughout each lesson, children will experience a personal God who is in tune biblically and personally to every situation that they may encounter, regardless of the difficulties of the subject matter. This story allows children to see that Christmas is much more than getting toys and gifts. It paints a picture of what the real focus should be during a very special time of year. Charity and Champ, along with St. Nick, demonstrate the importance of focusing on the needs of others. It also emphasizes the most important reason for the holiday, which is in the message of the Savior.
Charity and Champ act as agents of love to minister to children in need and help comfort different children faced with a difficult challenges.
A single mom struggles to provide for her children, but Charity comes to her rescue just as Christmas approaches.
Loving the Skin I'm In, is the second book of the Charity Series. It is about a young girl named Raven who struggles to accept her dark complexion. In her struggle to deal with her self identity, Charity comes on the scene to help Raven see her beauty from within. This encounter helps her embrace the beauty of her dark skin. My prayer is that every child of melanin hue begin to see themselves through the eyes of God, as Charity helps them see that they are fearfully and wonderfully created by a loving Creator, who takes pride in their beautiful black skin.
The Charity book series is all about building confidence and discovering the love of God and how He works in our lives. This book takes that learning experience to another level by giving your child the chance to expound on the messages in each book.This activity book is intended to bring hours of enjoyment through coloring and activities that will help your child become more familiar with the Charity series and the many ways in which she resolves each child''s challenge. These activities are designed to help build reading comprehension, enhance vocabulary, improve spelling, and increase your child''s overall reading fluency and performance. More importantly, the author hopes your child will embrace the God who sends Charity to Earth from heaven as an expression of His great love.
This eighth book of the Charity Series is a special edition in which Charity comes from Heaven to present the true meaning of Easter. She shares the experience of Jesus, including his birth, life on earth, his crucifixion and his resurrection. This story gives meaning to why Jesus came and what He accomplished through his death on the cross. Charity desires that every boy and girl recognizes the love that God has for them personally and that they would come to experience him too.
The seventh book of the Charity series, Don't Bully Me! is about a ten-year-old boy who has been picked on and teased by a teen-age bully. He is afraid to let anyone know what is going on. Instead, he begins to act out and others take notice. Charity comes on the scene to give him the courage to confront the bully and to let adults know about the situation. This book is designed to give kids the courage to speak up and out about the effects of bullying so that it can be addressed and handled before it causes harm to others.
The sixth book of the Charity series is about a little girl named Natalie. Natalie was consistently sick and could not attend school. She received her academic instruction through a virtual experience, which left her feeling sad and alone. Charity comes on the scene to reunite her with friends. Charity wants to bring awareness to those who are sick in isolation and to show ways you can reach out so that they never feel alone.
A Place to Belong is the fifth book of the Charity series. It is about a boy named Noah who was placed in foster care due to neglect and abuse. He so desperately wanted a place to call home. Charity comes on the scene and witnesses how God prearranged a connection between Noah and his teacher. Charity desires that every child recognizes that God loves them and that they are never alone.
The fourth book of the Charity Series deals with a family who seemingly had a perfect life on the outside, but on the inside trouble was brewing within. This book is intended to help bring awareness to abuse and its impact on young lives. My prayer is that this book will give children the courage to speak up and out against abuse in the home and that they will find comfort and strength to take action against it.
Your Life Matters is the third book in the Charity series. It is about a boy name Jerome, who's future looks promising, but he has an unfortunate encounter with the police. Charity comes to help him deal with injustice of police brutality. Together Charity, the police, and Jerome unite to bring about change-to end injustice. This book is intended to help children understand that God wants fair treatment for all and that black lives truly do matter to Him.
Diamond, a special little girl lives in a fancy house with her mom and dad but is lonely and sad. So, God sends down Charity, a unique creature from above, with a mission to share His unconditional love. Together, Charity helps Diamond experience new ways to share limitless love with people who have a great need for compassion.
I Am Divinely Beautiful is the second book in the Heaven's Divine Kiss series. It is a positive, self-esteem building book that will help its reader see themselves the way God has created them. Its intent is to ensure brown girls of all ages, shapes, and tones that they are divinely designed with incredible purpose and unlimited possibilities.
Little Brown Boy You Are a STAR! is written for every young boy of melanin hue who struggles to believe in his ability to do great things. It is designed to instill in little boys the importance of their uniqueness. This book will help the reader recognize that they are created with unlimited possibilities.
