Life is a challenge. We are pressured each day by the negative forces that creeps into our space. Therefore with the problems we face, the daily life decisions that we make, worries seem to be apart of our regular meal. Depression is its name, and it comes in all shapes and sizes. Its alluring, its captivating, it weakens us, thus allowing a high level of submissiveness. Human beings are prone to mistakes, we are creatures of habits, hence not to say we ought not to take responsibility for our actions. However second chances must not be a segregated reaction to choose one or the other to apply this very act. A deep depressed human being who lacks confidence, who has little or no self esteem will believe that they are worth nothing to no one. And for me this is not so. We all deserve the opportunity to be rescued, to be helped, to feel motivated. That is why Jesus died on the cross to heal those broken hearts, to rescue the perishing, it is a formidable hope that cannot be broken. Books are incredible at encouraging and structuring in a systematic way from a - b in associating your problems with immediate solutions. Depression as sad as it sounds is a way of life for most. Why? we feel as if we can't cope. We have lost all reasoning, we can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our Failures rule us, we are self imprisoned by the darkness it produced, we live daily by dragging our feet, feeling sorry for ourselves. Seeing no way out, only a deep ditch burying us further into depression. This book is a testimony and bears fruits to real life experiences in which I have had to battle. The reality is this. Do you want to be happy? Yes its a simple question, but so often we cannot answer yes. But do you want to be happy? That's the first question you need to ask yourself. And if its Yes, then we are off to a start. My point is you need to want to get out of your depressive state. To be able to be rescued you need to make the first move. In this book: I try to lay out in details all the reason why depression will only kill you, why you must empower yourself daily. Be a positive repetitive enforcer only speak positive things in and around you. Start by trying to lift your spirit. Take control of your life, focus on those happy moments you had, hold on to them, watch as the joy and tenderness filled your heart once more. Stepping into your Testimony is a book that motivates and encourages you to want to succeed.
