    The term entrepreneur has been a topic of research in various academic fields around theworld. The successful enterprises are primaryengines for job creation, income growth and poverty reduction. In view of increasingimportance,the success of small and medium enterprises has been of interest to researchersand policy makers, therefore it has become the subject of research and innovations.
