It is an endeavour to help learners and all stakeholders to have knowledge about use and availability of technology although it is very much understood that technologies never replace a teacher. But both are complementary and supplementary.It is sure that we can live without technology. But can you imagine going back to the inconvenience of a life without Google at your fingertips? For most of us, technology is providing a lazy route through life. We no longer need to know how to do a number of things like how to read a map, because a digital navigator app now directs us to our exact destination. In fact soon enough, we won't even need to learn how to drive cars because we'll have self driving carsThe Champs of the 21st century are not scared of using Technology because they are born in and around Technology. The concept of the technology within is of great importance to understand that no formal training is required for the Champs to start their first words as stepping into the world they are lucky enough to have digital gadgets in their hands. The children of the 21st century have toys in the form of digital gadgets. So the word Technology without is not for them. Daffodils of today who are living their life in the sense of Technology within are very comfortable with the use of technology and they are able to use it as a tool to make their life very easy and comfortable. The Pupils who are little old and in their forties and fifties are or may be living in the sense of Technology without. Now this word Technology without is taken in the sense that most of the people of this age want to use the technology but they don't have the attitude and aptitude to learn that. Although they are using Technology but they are dependent on their younger ones to use those digital Gadgets and software. So on the other way they have created an online interdependency to use Technology for their betterment. So in this way as they are living in the sense of Technology without, the task of learning becomes important for them to use Technology in their daily life for keeping pace with the changing world for their workings. Let's consider a scene of the Year 2020 where we are going through a pandemic called CORONA-19 and suddenly we are all locked down in our homes and a need arises to work from home and Technology starts becoming a rescue to save our jobs and to continue our Livelihood. Now online becomes the buzzword which can only be possible with the people of technology within. Now the technology is paving the new Horizon in terms of our capabilities to digitalise our and others' lives. Our intelligence and innovations are now defined through Google of our capabilities and potentialities of using digital gadgets with software's and applications.What can be expected from any technology more than this? Developers are just creating wonderful things for humanity. We should pay gratitude to all these developers as well as technology, gadgets and their inventors for developing them in order to make them available for every single person freely or paid. .

Ever since mankind has thought that we have to be civilized, socialized, live in harmony with each other, leaving our earth safe for generations to come, making air and water cleaner for generations to come and leaving these clean, since then we have intensified the practice of understanding, explaining and learning and starts teaching each other and as a result, we have conceptualized schools for our children and strive to show them systematically to our own, our families, the responsibilities towards our society, our earth and environment, and how we have to prepare our children for all these responsibilities, prepare them and for these purposes, a program of education has been prepared in schools and different-different countries and civilizations in their own ways have prepared these programs according to their own needs and presented it to their children in schools. In order to teach these programs methodically to children, educational plans, arrangements and a class of teachers have been prepared. It is only natural that the more we learn, the more civilized and gentle we become, but it has also been seen that this so-called knowledge gives us somewhere with the feeling that I have come to know everything and now I can teach others and in the importance of teaching this, we go through the airs and this pride starts to appear in our words, thoughts and behavior and it is a basic vision than to see others as poor and ignorant. A disorder is created that causes our learning to stop and at the same time, we prove to be obstructive instead of helping others learn. When the teacher is presented in front of the children in the classroom, it is readily accepted by the children, just like the parents, because the children believe that school is also the form of home and we should learn here to live confidently for the life ahead of us. To be prepared for the big reason is also that learning is the living tendency of human beings and it happens naturally. All organisms have the ability to learn naturally and accordingly they also have learning instruments. The systems of education, the concerns of education, basically have to accept that every child is ready to learn. The basic tendency of learning is inherent in all children. All children are capable of learning, so one can learn this thing; one cannot learn should not be born out. All the teachers will have to reflect on their behavior that we are all in the learning phase, only the difference of experience has happened. I am more experienced than you and all of you will go through learning experiences as life progresses. Because school is a social responsibility, the experiences here will be a little more organized, which has been thought by the system of education and some experienced teachers that such experiences will take our children on the right path according to our education concerns. This book makes a small effort in this direction that let us all present ourselves to our children in the spirit of learning so that we can connect, meet, and integrate with our children so that we prove to be helpful in their learning and be not obstructive. Let us take a pledge to be helpful in the learning of our children and present ourselves to the children with the desire to remain in the learning moods forever.

Buspirone Hydrochloride is used in the treatment of anxiety. It has a short half life and low oral bioavailability of 5%. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to develop unidirectional Bucco- adhesive films of Buspirone Hydrochloride by solvent casting technique using full factorial designs. HPMC K15M and Eudragit RL-100 were used as polymers in different proportion. Polyethylene glycol 400 was used as plasticizer and Sodium lauryl sulphate was used as permeation enhancer in different concentration. The physicochemical compatibility of the drug and the polymers was studied by FT-IR spectroscopy. The results suggested no physicochemical incompatibility between the drug and the polymers. In full factorial designs, total amount of polymer (X1) and percentage of HPMC K15M (X2) was kept as a independent variables. After wards, statistically optimization process was carried out and two optimized formulation (OF1 and OF2) was developed. The results of optimization formulation showed greater degree of % similarity with predicted values. Stability studies of two optimized formulations were carried out at room temperature as per ICH Q1C guidelines.
