The Pupils who are little old and in their forties and fifties are or may be living in the sense of Technology without. Now this word Technology without is taken in the sense that most of the people of this age want to use the technology but they don't have the attitude and aptitude to learn that. Although they are using Technology but they are dependent on their younger ones to use those digital Gadgets and software. So on the other way they have created an online interdependency to use Technology for their betterment. So in this way as they are living in the sense of Technology without, the task of learning becomes important for them to use Technology in their daily life for keeping pace with the changing world for their workings. Let's consider a scene of the Year 2020 where we are going through a pandemic called CORONA-19 and suddenly we are all locked down in our homes and a need arises to work from home and Technology starts becoming a rescue to save our jobs and to continue our Livelihood. Now online becomes the buzzword which can only be possible with the people of technology within. Now the technology is paving the new Horizon in terms of our capabilities to digitalise our and others' lives. Our intelligence and innovations are now defined through Google of our capabilities and potentialities of using digital gadgets with software's and applications.What can be expected from any technology more than this? Developers are just creating wonderful things for humanity. We should pay gratitude to all these developers as well as technology, gadgets and their inventors for developing them in order to make them available for every single person freely or paid. .

When the teacher is presented in front of the children in the classroom, it is readily accepted by the children, just like the parents, because the children believe that school is also the form of home and we should learn here to live confidently for the life ahead of us. To be prepared for the big reason is also that learning is the living tendency of human beings and it happens naturally. All organisms have the ability to learn naturally and accordingly they also have learning instruments. The systems of education, the concerns of education, basically have to accept that every child is ready to learn. The basic tendency of learning is inherent in all children. All children are capable of learning, so one can learn this thing; one cannot learn should not be born out. All the teachers will have to reflect on their behavior that we are all in the learning phase, only the difference of experience has happened. I am more experienced than you and all of you will go through learning experiences as life progresses. Because school is a social responsibility, the experiences here will be a little more organized, which has been thought by the system of education and some experienced teachers that such experiences will take our children on the right path according to our education concerns. This book makes a small effort in this direction that let us all present ourselves to our children in the spirit of learning so that we can connect, meet, and integrate with our children so that we prove to be helpful in their learning and be not obstructive.     Buspirone Hydrochloride is used in the treatment of anxiety. It has a short half life and low oral bioavailability of 5%. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to develop unidirectional Bucco- adhesive films of Buspirone Hydrochloride by solvent casting technique using full factorial designs. HPMC K15M and Eudragit RL-100 were used as polymers in different proportion. Polyethylene glycol 400 was used as plasticizer and Sodium lauryl sulphate was used as permeation enhancer in different concentration. The physicochemical compatibility of the drug and the polymers was studied by FT-IR spectroscopy. The results suggested no physicochemical incompatibility between the drug and the polymers. In full factorial designs, total amount of polymer (X1) and percentage of HPMC K15M (X2) was kept as a independent variables. After wards, statistically optimization process was carried out and two optimized formulation (OF1 and OF2) was developed. The results of optimization formulation showed greater degree of % similarity with predicted values. Stability studies of two optimized formulations were carried out at room temperature as per ICH Q1C guidelines.
