READ THIS BOOK AND YOU'LL HAVE MORE FUN!This is probably not a book for those who want to think about psychic stuff but not really do psychic stuff. The first sentence of the book is "Try this." If you're going to be an empath, a psychic, a medium, a highly sensitive person, or a healer, then why not have fun with it? The real difference between someone who has trouble with their abilities and someone who doesn't is how they manage their energy. No more getting overwhelmed at work and hiding in the restroom. No more endless loops of the same emotional experience with dating. No more getting your energy stuck during a reading or healing. The techniques in this book are intended to enhance the reader's daily life, not just their time sitting in their meditation space. I've taken care to have a minimum amount of rules and taboos and dogma and philosophy. I don't set filters on how and when a technique can be used, or moralize about how the techniques are to be used. In fact, I attempt to do the opposite by encouraging experimentation. Experiment and watch what happens. Reading energy for yourself creates more independence. The tools are certainly not a prerequisite to using your psychic abilities, but they sure do help. The exception to the "no rules" is to ask for permission first before doing healings or readings on others. But there can be exceptions to this rule, LOL!
