The author being a firefighter himself has broken down the book into manageable short tips that can be easily broken up and read in increments that often complements the firefighter's busy work schedule. The service is such a great career however for so many they find themselves confused or frustrated that they don't understand why they may be failing or miserable despite their love for the job. Hopefully with the tips and tricks outlined in the book any firefighter can become the best firefighter they could possible be and have the best career that they could have imagined.
