In my first few years as a developer I assumed that hard work was all I needed. Then I was passed over for a promotion and my manager couldn't give me feedback on what areas to improve, so I could get to the senior engineer level. I was frustrated; even bitter: not as much about missing the promotion, but because of the lack of guidance.By the time I became a manager, I was determined to support engineers reporting to me with the kind of feedback and support I wish I would have gotten years earlier. This battle flag was given to the battery just before the Battle of Shiloh. I wrote this book with the purpose of having the historical narrative separate from stories of the men. If the reader wants to know about an individual, there are sections within the chapters about the officers and enlisted men. It is the intention of this book to describe the battery's place in the large scheme of things. On the maps in this book are marks that show the location of the battery at each battle. In each chapter, after the narrative, there are descriptions of the officers and what they were doing, followed by information about the enlisted men. At the end of the book, there are several appendices that present lists of men for various times. The names are listed chronologically first and then alphabetically.

It took me years to get her last name right.This book has science fiction, romance, humor, action, even a small musical. In addition, being a first-time writer. Few of my characters they can't speak right so I type the name of what they were speaking so it would be funny. My book also has humor in it. My humor to others is not very funny.I have changed all my character's name in my book. I might have kept my Great Grand father's name and my great uncle's name. This book is also dedicated to them. I also mention my Great Aunt she had work for Hostess and My Grand Mother. My dad had some good jokes, I also mention my great uncle on my mother's first husband side, my two oldest sisters' side as he considered my third oldest and me and my younger sister family.
