Jesus' answer to the Sadducees on the question of Marriage in the Resurrection (Matthew 22:29-30; Mark 12:24-25; Luke 20:34-36) is troubling because it predicts the end of marriage in the resurrection. But we must read it in the context it was given. Jesus was defending the resurrection itself from those who were trying to make the idea of the dead rising at all look stupid. Resurrection life is not a bloodless existence free from the warmth of human relationships. Rather, those who attain to that age are immortal, and this immortality has radical implications for the structure of a perfect society. This book looks at this often overlooked question in its grammatical, theological, and historical context. The implications of the nature of heavenly society imply a fundamental alteration to a societal structure entirely different from all that we have ever known. But properly understood, it is to be welcomed, not dreaded.

This is the story of the apparitions of Mary at Kibeho in Rwanda on the Saturday 28th November 1981 up to 28th November 1989. Officially she appeared to three school girls: Alphonsine Mumureke, Nathalie Mukamazimpaka and lastly Marie Claire Mukangango. In her message, she was calling the whole world to repentance and conversion. In a prophetic way, she pointed out man's ongoing self alienation and enslavement from within.
THE IDEAL WORSHIP LIFE OF A CHRISTIAN has been written as a personal contribution and A follow-up Guide to All as I rededicate my God-given ministry at 25. The book is born out of my desire to present in simple things those who worship God (as Christians), should do, not in hypocrisy but in reality. First, you must be born again before you can appreciate true worship of God. Second, you must be able to serve God in everything you are doing as to make desired impact in the society and even the Church. Third, there is the need to identify the five ways necessary to maintain Christian spirituality within, not outside scriptural principles lest you destroy your entire Christian project.

Haggai wrote in Hebrew the language of Jesus Christ and the prophets. Isaac Newton held that prophecy in the Ancient Near East spoke in a common language. By this, he meant the images in prophetic words. For example, a tree in prophecy might be an analogy for a man, as in the case of Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4. Haggai was written in what some scholars call Late Bible Hebrew. It has this in common with 1 and 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, and Malachi. Therefore, any tool that helps the evangelist or the preacher get closer to the Hebrew and the Aramaic, helps them get closer to what the Holy Spirit chose to have written and what Yahuwah chose to preserve. This book is such a tool. It will first transliterate the Hebrew text into ¿English¿ letters. It will base notes on the text on the transliteration so that the evangelist may follow what is being said, even if he does not know Hebrew. The transliteration is kept simple which means it will be easier to follow but will not be scientifically as accurate as an academic scientific transliteration which most of us would not understand anyway. Included also are Greek, Latin, and the unpointed Hebrew Masoretic text.
This book presents another way to look at the stories in the Bible. It indicates that we should see some of them as funny. This does not mean laughing guiltily as though we are not sure God meant the stories to be funny. No this means understanding that Yahuwah (the LORD) at times intends to be funny. He is always playing around with words, names, and circumstances. Yahuwah sits in heaven and laughs at his enemies' plots against him and Jesus Christ. The righteous sit and laugh at the man who does not make God his trust. Jesus Christ is anointed with the oil of joy above his brethren. The Bible is good fun and very healthy because a merry heart makes for good medicine and it tastes a lot better too. This is a book for Pastor's Bible Students, Professors, and scholars on parts of the Bible as comedy.
In 2016 I took a course in Comparative Philology at Hebrew University in Jerusalem with Professor Aaron Maman. During that course, we got to meet Arabic-speaking Jewish rabbis from Medieval Spain who knew Hebrew better than Rashi. We met Rabbi Menachem Ibn Saruk the first scholar to produce a Biblical Hebrew dictionary in Hebrew. We also met Rabbi D. Hayyuj the first scholar to uncover the trilateral root of the Hebrew verb. We also met Rabbi Marwinas or Ibn Janakh honored as the Father of Biblical Hebrew Grammar. These Rabbis wrote in Arabic and it was always fascinating to hear Professor Maman's changing voice when he moved between Hebrew and Arabic. For me the idea of Biblical Hebrew Grammar not being established until almost a thousand years after the Lord Jesus was amazing. If there was no Bible Dictionary until the 900s and no Biblical Hebrew Grammar until the 950s the New Testament as a source of understanding Hebrew in the late Second Temple Period becomes paramount. Ibn Janakh like Rabbi Abraham Abulafia and Rabbi Avner of Burgos was a hero seeking truth. He was attacked by Talmudists but his insights stood the test of time. Is there a passive of Qal distinct from Niphal?

Engaging the Words of Jesus contains 12 themes in random order. The first theme, ¿Humanity as the Chosen Race and People¿, places the ¿chosennes¿ in the context of all cultures and religions, as a rethinking of the ¿Chosen People¿ is urgently needed. Some ¿chosen races¿, with the support of their racist ideology for hate crimes and the ¿holy apocalyptic war¿, try to dominate and rule others by taking and misinterpreting elements even from the Israeli and Christian religions. The search for a correct understanding of divine chosenness is not to declare it a myth, but to reject a dangerous exclusivism. Created in the image of God, with the consciousness of being chosen and especially loved by God the Father, the humanity hears a divine call not to have privileges but to take responsibility. All are chosen to work with God to create a new heaven and a new earth (Rev 21). Chosen-ness is a ¿project¿ that God has entrusted to all. Humanity is on the pilgrimage to the eschatological fulfilment of the chosennes through acts of love, service and suffering.
The greatest challenge to effective global missions is the scarcity of godly labourers. To tackle this challenge, God is partnering with members of the Body of Christ in raising skilled labourers He would deploy to the ends of the earth for the expansion of His kingdom. The presence of these godly labourers in any nation brings Him glory and honour. In this book, these timely questions will be answered: *Who are godly labourers? *What are the qualifications for God's kingdom service? *How does God work in partnership with Christians in raising godly labourers? *What are the levels of involvement in global evangelism? This book is written to help all followers of Christ especially Christian leaders to identify their place in global missions. It is a must read for those who want to contribute significantly to global evangelism, beginning from.their immediate surrounding.
Imagine Israel has a twin brother, Esau also known as Edom. The tribes of Israel and Edom come from the same womb. Edom through Doeg the Edomite and Hadad the Edomite has impacted the history of Israel. The reader may consult the bibliography for studies on these two characters based on the methods of Prof. Edward Greenstein and Prof. Moshe Garsiel. This is a short study book on the book of the prophet Obadiah. For the non-Hebrew reader, the entire text of the book is transliterated into English letters. For Christians, we have included some Jewish insights into the character of Obadiah. Any person who reads English can now to a large degree access the Hebrew words of Obadiah in a simple transliteration. The servant of Yahuwah (Obadiah) spoke a wonderful word based on the life of Jacob and his twin Edom in Genesis. To get the nuances of the book it should be read with that story in the background. Included for the convenience of the student is the Hebrew Text, the LXX Greek text and English Translation of the KJV modified with the name of God, Yahuwah restored, and Brenton's translation of the LXX. There is also some introduction to elements of Hebrew Grammar for the beginner.
I was 14 years old. I was praising Jesus in English in the Downs Bible Week. It was the first Downs Bible week and we were 2900 people camping at Plumpton Racecourse beside the South Downs in Sussex, UK. Suddenly as I praised Jesus "Thank you, Jesus! Praise you, Jesus! My tongue started singing fluently in languages I had never spoken before. I was carried away in enraptured joy and if it were not for the fact that it lasted more than 40 years I might have thought it was ecstatic tongues. I have preached in Tongues and seen people confess Jesus as Lord after switching to English. I have experimented with Tongues and seen unbelievers drawn to listen to the gospel. I have praised in Tongues and been told I was praising God in Hebrew. This is a book studying the gift of Tongues. There is an academic introduction to the subject and some references to its place in the early Church. There are also insights into its use in the present time. Tongues are a fascinating ability where a man can speak different languages without knowing what he is saying or which language he is speaking. In this book is a message in Tongues given in 1996 as yet uninterpreted. Do you have the key?
It is time. This is the cry of Bethel Church in Redding CA. They have written some amazingly inspirational works to equip revivalists around the world. In this work, you will see summaries of eight different books used to disciple thousands of incredible revivalists around the world who attended Bethel School Of Supernatural Ministry. These powerful messages are bought together for your convenience. The essential message of each book is given. Read, declare, pray, prophesy and do what these books teach and you will be transformed. This book was initially called Heroism or Heresy: Under the Influence of Bethel. But this title was too grey. Bethel's influence is not even in the ballpark of heresy it is heroism in the kingdom of God. I attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for 9 months. In that period began a wonderful process of restoration of my family relationships. This was with my Father, my wife, and my children. Behold, I am sending you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahuwah. And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the sons, and the heart of the sons to their fathers (Malachi). It's happening through the service of Bethel.
The book reveals a battle that took place in heaven between the Army of God led by Archangel Michael, opposed to the Devils army. Bible reports that this war ended with the fall of the Devil and Angels one, in a prophetic calendar that was observable in the world and geographic facts in the sky. Consecrated the authority of Archangel Michael invested with the supreme power of Christ in heaven and on earth. Thanks to several Bible verses, but especially to that of the ¿2300 evenings and mornings¿ of the prophet Daniel, God also revealed the multiple titles and functions of Jesus. From the Son of God to the Savior of mankind, Christ came down to earth as; True Man, and ascended to heaven as such. Since then, in addition to being High Priest of his Church, Jesus Christ, regaining his position as Head of the Angels, then gave back to Man, the first rank of all created beings, of all the work of God. Since this date of the purification of the sanctuary "2300 evenings and mornings" announcing "The Purification of the Sanctuary", Satan and his Angels being Cast out of Heaven ", which underlined after the fall of the Devil, the name of the Enlightenment Years dedicated to the 18th century?
The central point of view of this book in line with James is that Christians should seek to be spiritually matured. And that matured Christians are by the grace of God able to turn trials into triumphs, handle temptations, be true worshippers of God, abhor discriminations between the poor and the rich, have genuine faith, control their tongues, desire God¿s wisdom, end all sorts of wars and fighting in the family, church and society. They always go for God¿s will, make money in the right way, use their wealth properly, and are patient and prayerful. The book suggests that the problems that prompted the writing of James need to be surmounted in the present dispensation. As such, Christians should act in that direction.
