This book is an outcome of part of my class lectures to students at the Post graduate Level at the "Centre for Tea Plantation Management" at Golaghat Commerce College, Golaghat, Assam. For some time now, during my visits to numerous tea factories as a consultant, and as well as while teaching, my Post Graduate Students, I have felt the necessity of a book, explaining in a simple manner the operating and technical principles required to produce quality teas, and to understand the basic principles used in the designing of the machines used for tea processing. This book starts from the quality requirements necessary to produce good teas, and proceeds through, most of the technical principles required to produce good quality teas, and where and how things can go wrong during production.

Kaustav was born and raised in a small industrial city: Bokaro Steel City and currently resides in the beautiful city of Kolkata. He is now a successful digital artist and an investor who loves expressing his thoughts through creative outlets. Kaustav considers his faith and family to be most important and believes in questioning everything with logic and reason. She weeps, she cries, she requests, she goes through sleepless nights but she becomes a strong woman every day who sets an example for other emotionally, mentally and socially deprived women. As she is Awarded as a best Writer & Actress award in the end! She says that The Journey of a Butterfly is not EASY, it has to go through so much pain to get a new identity. Same way ... To achieve something Better out of this Beautiful World, we have to go through Pains and Challenges.

Some poems are based solely on imagination and some are based on real life experiences. He likes to add complementary and opposite situations to make his poems interesting.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is one of the most prevalent and complex problems that we see in the field of sexual medicine. Practically every man irrespective of his age, race, nationality, health or financial status experiences it sometime or the other in his life. Starting from adolescent boys to men in their 60s, 70s and 80s, I have seen the entire spectrum of men struggling with this problem with the widest possible range of causes (etiology), from psychogenic to organic to iatrogenic. Each of these cases needs an individual and specific analysis, diagnosis and treatment. I haven't found a single book that encompasses all aspects, approaches and options concerning the diagnosis and management of ED. All the information concerning ED is scattered and randomly spread across the sexology literature. I have put it all together in a systematic and easy-to-unfold manner in this book, to guide every qualified medical practitioner practicing with integrity, irrespective of his specialization or experience.

"Anaya", tells untold stories of emotions, ethics, sensibilities that go hidden, trivialised, unseen, ignored in day to day life but are vital and important. The characters in stories point out the things that are seemingly small but are very important in people's lives. Saakshi of "Rakshabandhan" and Shubhi of "Wardi" both question and refuse to follow the definitions of traditions and feminism and believe in doing what they consider right. Sometimes characters are found stuck in the pre defined norms of the society and are able to see or feel the wrongs but do not know the way out. Whether Sharmaji of "Firni" or Veena of "Samjhuta". "Anaya" brings out the reflections of unnoticed virtues of human nature.
